Midtown Next going east on Poplar is the Mid-town district which extends from I-240 on the west to the East Parkway segment of the Parkway loop which serves as another convenient subdivisor and from Southern Avenue to Jackson Avenue. .The Mid-town Memphis real estate market for the most part was built prior to the 1950s.
