Tour* Memphis, Tennessee and the Memphis Real Estate market starts on the banks of the Mississippi river. A good look at the Dream Homes in the market can be had by traveling down the Poplar avenue corridor (US 72 highway). Starting at the Mississippi river in the Downtown area which includes the Harbor Town development the area inside the 240 Expressway outer loop was for the most part built before the 1970’s. Evergreen Historic District (map more) Roughly bounded by N.
